Sunday night lights

Life, its such a funny thing.
Human nature is an interesting thing. The way we interact. The things we do, what we say. How we act. The way we wan to be percieved, the way we want to think. What we think. Mental ease. Mental poison. The reality of our minds eye. Vivid. Visceral.

Tranquility is difficult at times. Defenses rise like the tides of our sublime ocean, and deadly as such. Hate and anger, the strong arm of the devil allow us all to feel the sharp pangs of his grip. Strong and relentless.

Life is moving, yet ever so still. Taking our chances, yearning the thrill. The future, an inspiring concept. Life is now. Your thinking is now, right now. Save this feeling. It's all you have. If its hurt, if its pain, if its glory. You might need it when the clock strikes twelve.

The Window, oh so clear. Clarity to keep, and trying not to weep. Wondering which arrows from cupid this life wants to keep. There is no point in fighting what can't be faught. When you aren't even looking, you will get caught. Hakuna matata, such a wonderful phrase. But not so wonderful in a moment of fire. The blazes of life, overwhelming and underlining... Secret but not, open, but very closed. Please stay closed. The ignorance and bliss of not knowing its contents. I would give mountains to be in its debt, but do I have mountains to give.

The Shards of our existence fitting so nicely. Or not so nicely, but enough to keep the flow ebbing forward. Easing the days and nights of pain and happiness at the pace of all healing and ever constant time.

Slowing down. You see within yourself. Fade to black. Lets them fall into place. It always falls into place. We retreat to our own places. We never let anyone in our spaces. These dormant places that suddenly realize are no longer dormant, but are in fact bubbling with life.

September 6th

Today, just one of those days.
I mean it started out fairly well, and went along fairly well...
except for a few mishaps. Twice i went down into the subway only
to realize this side was the opposite of the side i wanted to be on.

I had a casting for some runner thing, and also for a Burger King print ad.
They went fine. I was really hungry though. I decide to get popeyes from 34th street.
I take the subway up there, only to find out that its closed. So i decide to walk to the one
on 40th st. Not too far of a walk, but i was tired, hungry, and just hot.

The subway was really hot. I helped a lady carry her huge suitcase up the steps.
She told me that her mother had told her not to pack what you couldn't carry, and
then she told me that it was very nice to see that there are a few gentlemen still
left in New York city. I felt good about that. Its interesting that no one else knew about
that until just now.

I did my laundry .

I have to be up like 5 hours. Michelle has ordered me to sleep.
Tomorrow will be a busy day.

I feel strange tonight. I get this way sometimes.

I live 2 floors above a little nightclub here in Astoria, and there was just almost a fight outside. The young greek bar patrons are always fussing outside my window. And I always stick my head out and look down to watch, birds eye style. Tonight apparently someone was a faggot. Or at least thats what I heard another seemingly upset young man hollering at him.

It's actually a common occurrence.

Maple Brown Sugar

I've been slacking haven't I! Well, this weekend i worked with Michelle at The AVP (pro volleyball) tournament for Nature Valley, we got tons of free shyte, and boy was it hot! Good
times indeed. Our little booth was our home fri, sat, and sunday!

Monday was the laziest day every,
and it was much needed. I have enough sour punch straws to last me a few years, and enough Maple Brown Sugar granola bars to last fourscore and seven to eight years.

What the hell is up!! It's been a long week.... It sucks when i have no work scheduled. It feels like i'll never get work again, and thus starts the downward spiral. Not to mention magooser left me for the week for sunny beaches, fun, food and freedom! :P

So, i had an audition to be a "party motivator". Wow, intense. I wasn't expecting a workout, i'm glad i brought my sneakers. It was really great. It relieved a lot of stress, stress i wasn't even aware of. Deep breath.

So the other night, electricity came through the modem wire to my computer and fried my adaptor. I bought a new one yesterday and installed it. Dude, i'm not sure what it is about me and internet but its a neverending expensive battle.

Alright, i don't have anything else to say thats nearly as thrilling as this video, so enjoy.....
